When Wealth Isn't Health

The myth that money can buy you anything, like happiness and health, clearly has been busted by Covid-19.

No matter how “successful” a person is, whether in their chosen profession, marriage, or relationships, that abundance of financial resources, good memories, or positive associations isn’t always a guarantee that past results predict future performance.

Safety and security are at the top of everyone’s list because they underscore your sense of well-being. And well-being is, ultimately, an inside job. All the outside resources in the world will never fix the struggles you have in your emotional center without a sound investment plan in yourself.

Real wealth isn’t the zeroes in your bank account, the amount of houses, the number of cars, or the pieces of jewelry you have, but rather the simple, compounded accrual of time you spend on self-care.

As always,

Take good care,

Dale
